Note   I have presumed Harry Bannister and Harry Barrington are the same person. There is a record that Harry Barrington was a physician in Ventnor, Hampshire England and that he had a brother Frank Bampfield, also a surgeon. The Census image seems to indicate his middle name is Bannister. But they are so close I have made the presumption. Harry's marriage certificate shows Barrington, wife Julia Percy and father John Tuttiett. Both Harry and John are shown to be Surgeons. 
Note*   Ventnor, Hampshire, Listed among the 'Early Doctors of Ventnor. Text is as follows" Tuttiett, Harry Barrington. LSA 1840., MRCS Hon Surg. RNH. Montpelier House, Mill Street, (now Pier St.,)Ventnor, died 22 Aug 1878. Medical OfficerUndercliff Union. He married one of th PERRY sisters, Louisa Julia, who died in March 1878. (These sisters helped in the finance for building Trinity Church) His house was behind Nash's car showroom and is now incorporated into the Somerield Super-market. He died in Dunstable, visiting his nephew. His grave is in Ventnor Churchyard, just over the wall from the telephone kiosk, and marked by a 'stocky' cross. There is also a brass memorial plate in St. Catherine's Church, to the left of the altar." Also mentioned in this citation are" Dr. F Bampfylde Tuttiett, MRCS 1838 of Newport, his brother was the surgeon to the Isle of Wight Pauper Lunatic Asylum" and "Dr. HMC Tuttiett a doctor in Newport was the Medical Officer of Health" and Maxwell Gray, the novelist was the nom-de-plume of his daughter"

Death* 8-Mar-1879  Bartlett's Row, Somerton, Somerset, Henry's son Edwin's marriage certificate indicates he was a gardner and was deceased, as of 1888. Based on Edwins marriage date and calculated age, his father would have been born before 1832. A death certificate was found for a Henry who was a gardner at the time of his death in 1879 and was 58 years old at the time. Based on all of these, I have presumed that the Henry who died is also the father of Edwin. 
Note*   Henry's son Edwin's marriage certificate indicates he was a gardner and was deceased, as of 1888. Based on Edwins marriage date and calculated age, his father would have been born before 1832. A death certificate was found for a Henry who was a gardner at the time of his death in 1879 and was 58 years old at the time. Based on all of these, I have presumed that the Henry who died is also the father of Edwin.

Also, in 1861 there is a Henry Tuttiett, a gardner, who has a son Edwin.
