Value: Full Maintenance.
Maximum Tenure: Four years.
Conditions:
- Applicant must be a recipient of a Scotiabank Jamaica
Secondary High School Bursary Programme
- Available to Jamaican nationals pursuing the Business
Administration Programme in the Commerce
Department of the University: Preference is given to
candidates who intend to specialize in Accounting,
Corporate Management and Finance.
- Recipient should not be more than 21 years of age in
the year of the award.
- Recipients are expected to serve in Jamaica for two (2)
years immediately after graduation.
Method of Selection:
Academic performance based on results of: GCE 'O'
Level or CXC examinations with a minimum of
English, Mathematics, Accounts and two (2) others
OR three (3) CXC subjects and 1 GCE 'A' Level
including English, Mathematics and Accounts.
Short-listed candidates are interviewed by a panel
comprising representatives from the University and the
Scotiabank Jamaica Foundation.
