Monopoly is a popular "property trading" board game produced by Parker Brothers (now a subsidiary of Hasbro). The game's basic object is to acquire the most money and properties, often bankrupting your opponents in the process.
Often – either itself or through licensees – special "themed" versions of the game are produced for different franchises. Board game company USAopoly has produced two such games for the Star Trek franchise:
- There was also presumably a "Deluxe" version of the Star Trek Limited Edition Monopoly jointly produced by USAopoly and Franklin Mint, but little information exists on this set, and even less proof exists that it was actually produced.
