- • 1 servings Yellow Bell Pepper (4 Oz)
- • 3 tablespoons Garlic
- • 2 servings Roasted Red Pepper
- • 1 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions:
saute garlic and veggies of your choice in 1tbs of olive oil. add vegetable juice and mashed potatoes. the soup can then be pureed for smoothness or leave whole for a chunky soup. cook until warm. the longer it sits, the better it gets!!
