Jamaica Tours was formed over thirty (30) years ago, when Jamaica's tourism industry was still in its infancy. Over the years we have grown and matured alongside the industry, constantly developing our product as the needs of our customers expanded.

From the very beginning Jamaica Tours succeeded in establishing a reputation for unparalleled professionalism and for the innovative services we offered our clients. We have long been regarded by overseas tour operators and individual travelers alike, as the preferred ground tour and destination management company in Jamaica. We are proud to say that today we have moved to a preeminent position as the island's largest operator for groups and incentive travelers.

Staff

Immediately upon entering the Arrivals Lobby, clients will be greeted by our highly trained, uniformed staff who will quickly shuttle visitors out of the confusion of the airport lobby and into the comfort of their hotel rooms.

With years of experience in the tourist industry, our employees are well equipped to ensure that all of your client's needs are satisfied. Bilingual representatives are available upon request.

Equipment

We own and operate one of the largest and most modern fleet of Equipment in Jamaica, ranging from fifteen (15) seater Buses to fifty-one (51) seater luxury Coaches and Cars. All our vehicles are air-conditioned and most are radio controlled for the Airport and our Central Base.

Depending on the size of the group concerned, the following equipments are available:

31 - 22 Seater Buses
45 - 30 Seater Busses
6 - 15 Seater Buses
15 Motor Coaches ( 45-50 seats)

Site Inspection

Our experienced incentive staff will be pleased to meet with you to make any arrangements to facilitate site inspection trips around the island.

Arrivals and Airport Handling

We provide meeting services for your clients upon arrival in the island and a clearly marked Jamaica Tours desk is maintained in the Arrivals Lobby of the Donald Sangster International Airport, Montego Bay.

Hospitality Desk / Tour Information

In many hotels our trained personnel manage permanent hospitality and information desks to service your client’s needs. In all cases, we endeavor to have our representatives visit clients in their hotels to give briefings and orientations and to render general assistance.

Sightseeing and Excursions

We offer a wide range of interesting excursions to all corners of the island. Our fleet of air-conditioned coaches will transport your clients in first-class comfort. All of our regular published tours can be pre-booked and reserved, and we would be happy to arrange special tours for clients with specific interests.

Purchase Power

Our ability to handle a large volume of business has allowed us to negotiate attractive rates with our local suppliers. We are able to obtain preferential rates and times from our attraction operators.

Hotel Arrangements

We will assist where possible in obtaining room rates and in negotiating final agreements with hotels. We will also confirm room requests and expedite the check-in process. Arrangements will be made for luggage to be delivered to your client's room.

Centralized Billing and Incentive Gift Packages

As incentive market experts, Jamaica Tours will coordinate all aspects of your clients' vacation, including the arrangement and provision of specially created gift packages for each guest. For your convenience, billing will be conducted from one centralized source.
