Official Arena Policies

  • Smoking is not permitted inside the arena.
  • Children over the age of 3 must have their own ticket.
  • Patrons and guests are prohibited from possessing the following items in the Mohegan Sun Arena: food (except for certain medical conditions), illegal drugs, glass, plastic, or metal containers, video or audio recorders, professional quality camera equipment, backpacks, coolers, umbrellas, knives, firearms or weapons of any kind, firecrackers, folding chairs, parcels, packages or any items the contents of which is not displayed.
  • The venue management reserves the right to restrict any other items that could pose a safety hazard or restrict the enjoyment of another guest. Any prohibited items may be returned to a vehicle or disposed of properly. At the discretion of venue management, certain items may be left at the bag checks at either entrance to the arena. Management also reserves the right to inspect personal belongings of a suspicious nature.

    Driving Directions to Mohegan Sun

    You're closer than you think! Mohegan Sun is conveniently located only minutes off Interstates 95, 90 and 91 in Uncasville, Connecticut.

    From Providence, R.I. (T.F. Green International Airport)
    Take I-95 South to Exit 84N (Route 32 North). Take Route 32 North to I-395 North. Take Exit 79A, (Route 2A) East. Less than 1 mile to Mohegan Sun Boulevard.

    From Hartford, CT (Bradley International Airport)
    I-91 South to I-84 East to Route 2 East to I-395 South. Take Exit 79A (Route 2A) East. Less than 1 mile to Mohegan Sun Boulevard.

    From New York, NY (JFK or Laguardia International Airports)
    Take I-95 North to Exit 76/I-395 North. Take Exit 79A (Route 2A) East. Less than 1 mile to Mohegan Sun Boulevard.

    From Boston, MA (Logan International Airport)
    Take I-90 (Mass Pike) West to I-395 South. Take Exit 79A (Route 2A) East. Less than 1 mile to Mohegan Sun.




















    Parking

    With more than 13,000 on-site patron parking spaces, parking at Mohegan Sun is never a hassle.

  • Winter Garage
    Covered parking just outside of the Winter entrance of the Casino of the Earth
  • Indian Summer Garage
    Covered access via the Autumn entrance to the Casino of the Earth
  • The Riverview Garage
    Direct access to the Summer entrance of the Casino of the Earth and connected to the Casino of the Sky. Guests entering through the Casino of the Sky should park in the Riverview Garage, or take advantage of complimentary valet service at the new Sky porte-cochere.

    All uncovered, self-parking lots are clearly marked with non-stop shuttle service that brings you right to our doors!

    Complimentary Valet Parking
    24-hour valet parking service is available at the Sky, Hotel and Earth Summer Valet areas. Recommended gratuity is $5.00.

    Handicapped Information

  • Complimentary wheelchair rental is available at coatrooms and valet ports throughout the casino.
  • Motorized scooters are available for a $20 fee (per 24 hrs). They may be ordered by calling 1.888.320.4577. We recommend calling two weeks in advance to ensure that a scooter will be available.
  • Assisted listening devices are available at the arena box office and require a license and credit card. Use of these devices is complimentary, however, if they are not returned a fee will be charged.
  • ADA seating can be arranged through a box office supervisor. For information call the arena box office.

    Entering the Arena
    The Mohegan Sun Arena is located in the center of the Mohegan Sun by the retail mall and waterfall The Sun recommend arriving early to be sure you are inside the arena for tip off.

    Casino-Free Entrances to Mohegan Sun Arena
    To enter the arena without going through the casino, park in the Winter garage or Winter parking lot and enter through the Hotel doors. Proceed through the lobby and down the escalator. Take a right at the waterfall, the arena main entrance will be on your left.
