Victoria House strongly recommends trip cancellation protection or a limited medical, trip delay and baggage protection plan, which is not included. Please note our cancellation policy:

High and Low Seasons  - Change & Refund Policy
90 or more days prior to the date of arrival at Hotel  – Full Refund
60 to 90 days prior to date of arrival at the Hotel – Forfeit 25% of deposit
45 to 60 days prior to date of arrival at the Hotel – Forfeit 50% of deposit
Less than 45 days prior to date of arrival at Hotel – No Refund

We offer TRAVELEX Lite protective policy.  In order to be covered you must purchase at least the full amount of your per person cost with Victoria House Resort. However, you may purchase additional coverage, just add the additional amount to your existing trip cost. It will be your responsibility to prove for costs over and above the cost of your Victoria House prepaid arrangements if a claim arises.

If a situation arises that would prevent travel prior to purchase and 15 days prior to your departure it is unlikely that the insurance will apply. For more specific questions call:
