Property Description As one of the first hotels in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Shaw Park Beach Hotel continues in its tradition of delighting guests just as the first owners did decades ago. Set on a 1500ft private white sand beach, the hotel is perfect for relaxation and just about the right amount of fun. Shaw Park has a host of activities for guests to enjoy including Bingo, Reggae dancing, Fashion Shows by Jamaica’s leading designers, Native Cabaret Floor Shows, and Calypso Bands. While dining you can enjoy live relaxing music on the Cutlass Bay Palm Terrace overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Local and International cuisine is served in our air-conditioned Georgian Dining Room or on the adjacent Cutlass Bay Palm Terrace. Casual attire is worn during the day while cover-ups are required for breakfast and lunch. Hotel accommodations can be substituted with equivalent accommodations Travel documents are sent regular ground delivery prior to departure once final payment is received. A $ 25.00 charge per reservation will be added for documents requested for two-day delivery. Not Included in tour price, fees for US customs and immigration, security fees, passport fees, tips to tour guides, drivers, laundry, beverages and food not part of regular package, optional excursions, porterage and airports or all other items of a personal nature. The carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees or servants of the company or its affiliates. All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by the company are subject to terms and conditions specified by the supplier and to the laws of the countries in which the services are supplied. If, after tour departure, the services included in the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in the itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the company the expense will be payable by tour participants any resulting saving will be refunded by the company to tour participants. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a tour participant to expel any tour participant from the tour to make changes in the itinerary whenever the company deems it necessary or for the comfort convenience or safety of the tour participants and to cancel a tour at any time. The tour participant agrees that neither the Company nor it affiliates shall be liable for any damage, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expense occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services or any insurer or insurance administrator of Travel protection plan or of any other person.
