I Want a Sequel!
Suzanne Cordes, Jupiter, FL 11/28/04
I finished "Jamaica Girl" during Hurricane Francis. I evacuated for three days with my two dogs, and finished the book with a flashlight. I love this book. For me the highest point, the most dramatic, was when Rosalind drank the potion. Oh, my gosh! -- coagulated vomit, rotten blood! An absolutely fantastic book. I cannot say enough.
The way the situation with Mr. Armand was handled, approaching the body guard, I just didn't expect that. I loved it, loved it. It was like a piece of pie in the fridge. I read a little bit every day. I saved it.
And the fact that Glenn wouldn't pay off the police! I couldn't believe it. It would make a great movie, but even more I want a sequel. I want to know what happens to Rosalind -- all the things Glenn taught her, her in her high heels. Just fantastic. I love this book. Thanks so much for "Jamaica Girl." ...

EJBB Bardsley, Madeira Beach, FL 1/14/05 (author of Vision Quests)
This novel is sexy, sinful and sensational.
The relationship between Glen Webber, photographer from Lancaster, PA and Rosalind Juliet Mitchell, teenage native of Jamaica, might raise your eyebrows but you will not be able to close your eyes as you become fascinated by their interaction.
The dialogue moves the plot with alacrity and the plot is so evocative by the end of this page turner you might be making reservations to explore Jamaica!
A first novel which is interesting, compelling and well done! ...
